π« No Refunds or Returns β Conditions Explained
Due to the sensitive nature of beauty and cosmetic products, and international shipping limitations, we DO NOT accept any returns or offer any refunds. Please understand the following conditions clearly:
1. Port Customs or Legal Issues
If your product is held, delayed, or rejected at your countryβs customs port due to import laws, duties, or inspections, we are not responsible, and no refunds will be issued. This applies especially to international buyers.
2. Product Damage in Transit
We take every precaution to pack and ship your products securely. However, if an item arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or altered during shipping, Luxury Makeup PK is not liable to replace or refund the product. Delivery damage is out of our control.
3. Incorrect Address or Buyer Mistake
If a customer enters the wrong shipping address or fails to collect the package, the order will be considered complete and non-refundable.

We deal directly with global suppliers in the USA, UK, and UAE. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be returned to the supplier. Re-selling opened or returned makeup products is strictly against hygiene standards and international policies.
